50 Days and a $5,000 Check

September 14th, 10am: There are just 50 days until the midterms, and President Trump's pitch to keep Republicans in power has a problem: the economy is in trouble. Prices are rising faster than wages, gas is over $4.30, diesel set another record, and the Fed meets this week with expectations growing that it will raise rates for the first time since 2023. Then, the President doubles down on his pledge to cut $5,000 checks for every American adult if Republicans maintain their control of Congress.
