And, while these positive changes will never make up for human loss, they do offer some closure and resolve that, hopefully, something so tragic will never happen again. On July 10th 1952 a man was born who would go on a massacre in a church filled with teenagers. And, while nothing makes up for the 7 lives he took, the city of Fort Worth, Texas did what they could to assure something so devastating never happened again.
