Your body often knows what’s going on way before your mind does. 


LONG PAUSE 


It’s incredibly important to take the time to connect to, and activate the clarity that lives within our bodies.


PAUSE 


It stores the peace that we can tap into, 


when times test our mental and emotional stability.


LONG PAUSE 


So take in a deep belly breath,


letting the air draw into your body slowly,


and try holding in at the top of your breath, 


with your body full of air, 


before letting it all go, 


and exhaling out, 


making whatever noise feels good to your body.


LONG PAUSE 


Inside of you there is a fountain, 


flowing,


full, 


and overflowing with the answers you crave. 


PAUSE 


Go to it. 


PAUSE 


Drink from it. 


PAUSE 


Open your mind, and focus on what’s already within you.


LONG PAUSE


As you drink from the water, 


taste the satisfaction and the clarity. 


PAUSE 


Know that the clarity you crave already lives within your body.


PAUSE 


Tap into it. 


And draw from it.

Breathe deeply, 


feeling the clarity in every part of your body.
