You notice the color green.

Green trees,
Stand tall and proud.
Green shrubs and plants,
Bend ever so slightly in a breeze.
All around you is green.
Lush, peaceful green.

Allow yourself
to experience the peace,
The natural healing of green,
As it surrounds you.

Now, visualize yourself leaving the forest,
And, as you do,
A large green emerald
floats into your hands.

As you hold the emerald,
Feel its natural rejuvenating power
vibrating through you.
PAUSE
Stay with the emerald’s vibration,
Its powerful, renewing energy,
flowing through your body.
PAUSE
Now, hold the healing vibration
in your heart,
like a tiny sprig,
readying to burst forth in growth.

Hold the green in you,
And hear a voice
in your mind saying,
“Belong”.
Acknowledge that the vibration of green
belongs to you.
