Breathe in deep,

and wrap yourself

in a blanket 

of relaxation.

Deep relaxation.

PAUSE

Keep breathing,

and adjust the blanket

so it enfolds you perfectly

like a cocoon.

PAUSE

Take another breath,

and see if you can imagine

this energy blanket is a

beautiful, rich Purple color.

PAUSE

And, as the blanket wraps around you,

visions play in your mind,

visions of wonderful future truths–

Your future truths.

What are they?

PAUSE

Now, settle more deeply

into your Purple blanket,

and allow the pulsing

of your soul’s energy to come alive.

Your sacred consciousness awakens.

Stay with this awakening.

Stay with Purple.

PAUSE

Now, visualize your consciousness expanding,

Growing beyond your room.

Beyond your house.

Beyond your neighborhood.

Into the divine energy

Beyond our world.

PAUSE

Breathe in Purple.

and acknowledge 

your infinite connection

to the divine.

Breathe in Purple,

and let these words

gently repeat in your mind.

I am divine.

I am divine.

I am divine.

PAUSE

After a few moments,

the Purple blanket

Transforms into a light,

a Divine Purple Light,

that settles in your crown chakra.

The Purple light glows,

and you can see it.

You can feel it.

You are connected to it.

It is part of you.

because you are divine forever.

You are divine.

Forever.
