Find the quiet,
And settle into it,
The quiet deep inside you.
PAUSE
Immerse yourself
In this place of quiet,
This place of
Total introspection.
PAUSE
And, now, breathe.
Breathe into the quiet,
Expanding and deepening it.
PAUSE
Now, envision three doors before you.
Three solid wood doors,
Each with a shiny brass handle.
PAUSE
You move to the first door,
And gingerly open the handle,
And as you do,
The door reveals some
Wisdom from your past.
What is the wisdom?
Take a moment and
Sit with this wisdom.
Reflect on how it has
Impacted your life.
PAUSE
Imagine now moving to the second door,
And like the first,
You open it carefully.
As the door swings open,
A tapestry of you appears,
A tapestry of all the pieces
Of life that grow
Your spiritual wisdom now.
Take a moment and
Sit with this wisdom.
PAUSE
The third door beckons you,
Calling you from the present,
Opening you to the unknown.
You open the door and wait.
Before you appears
A loom and yarn,
Ready for you to
Weave a deeper
Spiritual connection
Into your life.
PAUSE
You pause
And absorb
The possibilities
Of the future.
You allow those possibilities
To softly embed in your heart,
As you imagine what you will weave.
PAUSE
And after you close the third door,
You sit and breathe,
Breathing into
The wisdom of the past,
Of the present,
And of what will be in the future.
And you let the gratitude
For all this wisdom
Flow through you
Going forward.
