Breathe.

Pause,

and breathe.


PAUSE


And, as you breathe,

take a moment

to let go 

of all those 

distracting thoughts and stressors–

the ones you’ve been

dragging with you.


Just let them go.


PAUSE


Have you ever

had a moment

when you thought,

“Time is going too quickly.

I won’t have time 

to do all I want to do

in life?”


PAUSE


If you’ve felt that way,

it’s time to refocus.


So, take a minute,

breathe in deep,

and prepare to shift.


PAUSE


Now, visualize, if you can,

your body, 

strong and healthy.


And while focused

on your healthy body,

imagine a calendar

in the background,

turning from year-to-year.


PAUSE


And all the time

the calendar turns,

your body stays 

healthy and strong.


PAUSE


Now, breathe,

and listen 

as an intention

is whispered 

in your ear:


“My body stays

strong and healthy

through time,

so I can do the things

I want to do.”


Stay with that intention.


PAUSE


Now, breathe,

and visualize, if you can,

your healthy brain,

the center of 

mental and physical processes

in your body.


And while focused

on your healthy brain,

imagine a calendar

in the background,

turning from year-to-year.


PAUSE


Breathe again,

and listen 

as an intention

is whispered 

in your ear:


“My brain stays

strong and healthy

through time,

so I can do the things

I want to do.”


Hold onto that intention.


PAUSE


Now, breathe,

and visualize, if you can,

your healthy heart,

your center of life blood

and your emotional core.


And while focused

on your healthy heart,

imagine a calendar

in the background,

turning from year-to-year.


PAUSE


Breathe again,

and listen 

as an intention

is whispered 

in your ear:


“My heart stays

strong and healthy

through time,

so I can do the things

I want to do.”


Keep that intention close.


PAUSE


Now, breathe again.

Breathe into your healthy

body, mind, and heart.


And, while you breathe,

remind yourself that

this little meditation

will help you 

have the time

to do the things

you want to do 

in your life.
