" لا أدرى لماذا أشعر أنني سمعت مثل هذا الكلام كثيرًا.. لكن لا أذكر متى كان هذا.. لا بد أنني نسيت!! لاحظت أنها لا تشاركني الإفطار، فقلت لها وأنا أصبُّ بعض القهوة في فنجانى:
-ألن تأكلي؟
ابتسمت وهى تدفع نحوي طبق الزبد، وقالت:
-تعلم أنني لا أتناول الإفطار أبدًا...هذا من عاداتي القديمة التي أُحافظ عليها!!
