My good friend asked me to explain what is it like to have ADHD, so I'm doing my best to explain the chaos inside my brain. How can I concentrate on anything with this level of commotion? Good question. Sometimes I wonder myself, ha! I also share a few ideas on how to calm the storm inside, like ADHD medication, routines, life skills, white noise and a whole lot of trial & error.
