Sport and Empathy

This Episode focuses in on the role of empathy in sport.  We had three guests that are involved with working with professional athletes who are trying to change the culture of who athletes both young and old are  treated by coaches.  Does empathy have a place in sport? How can empathy support optimal performance? Is coaching about more than just winning?
