Nathan Fake is a producer and live performer from the UK. He has released albums on Border Community, Ninja Tune, via his own channels, and most recently through French label InFiné.

That latest album, Evaporator, is discussed during the conversation, as well as his wider journey through production processes and methods of work. We discover which ancient version of Cubase is still his go-to DAW, and which synths and other studio objects are most often used in his tracks.

We also talk about his live set, which by his own admission is actually pretty good.
