A Time to Grieve

Why is change, no matter how positive, so hard to embrace?

In today’s episode, Lauren Burgos invites us to explore the mixed emotions that come with changing seasons, drawing wisdom from Ecclesiastes 3:1-4. Together, we’ll reflect on how even joyful transitions like marriage or new beginnings can bring unexpected grief, guilt, and growth. We’ll learn that every emotion, whether it’s mourning, laughter, or gratitude, has its rightful season, and that all of it is part of God’s gentle plan.
