Every Thought

Do you ever find yourself stuck in your own thoughts, wondering if they help or hinder your faith?

In today’s episode, host Lauren Alessi opens up about the real struggle many of us face, navigating the swirl of internal dialogue that can so easily steal our peace. Together, we’ll explore what it means to “take every thought captive” as we reflect on 2 Corinthians 10:5, consider practical ways to submit our thoughts to Christ, and learn questions we can ask ourselves to discern whether our thoughts are helpful, true, and from God.

Lean in as we invite one another into vulnerability and growth, turning our minds and hearts to the peace only God can bring. Join our community as we unite in prayer and devotion, surrendering every thought to Christ today.
