In My Head

Do you ever find yourself trapped in your own thoughts, spiraling from stress to anxiety?

In today's episode, Lauren Alessi invites us to get honest about those moments when we're stuck "in our heads", struggling with internal inconsistencies, even as we strive to trust God. Together, we'll turn to Psalm 94:19 and reflect on how God's consolation brings us joy, even when our minds are overwhelmed. We'll explore what it looks like to break free from anxious cycles and lean fully into the strength and comfort that only the Lord can provide.

Join our community as we pray for guidance, lay down our worries, and encourage one another in devotion, discovering how trusting God can transform our inner world.
