Mind Your Mind

Do your thoughts start to take over during challenging seasons? In today’s episode, hosts Gaby and Mary Alessi invite us into day four of their “Submit to the Season” series, focusing on the crucial topic of minding our minds. We’ll learn together how to take every thought captive, overcome doubt, and intentionally fill our lives with faith—especially when circumstances or even people around us try to plant seeds of unbelief. Through personal stories and scriptural wisdom, we’ll explore practical ways to replace anxious thoughts with God’s truth and surround ourselves with encouragement that builds our faith.

Let’s gather as a community in prayer and devotion, asking God to help us guard our minds and trust His faithfulness in every season.
