Redirecting Your Mind

Do you find yourself caught up in your own thoughts, wondering how to break free from overthinking?

In today’s episode, host Lauren Alessi opens up about the challenge of redirecting our minds, especially when life is overwhelming, and answers seem far away. Together, we'll explore what it means to “set your mind on things above,” as taught in Colossians 3:2, and how we can shift our perspective from our anxieties toward God's eternal truth. Whether you’re someone who lives in your head or you want to better understand those who do, this devotional will guide us through letting go of earthly worries and embracing a heavenly mindset.
