Join me, Alison Elizabeth as we read out of Proverbs 12:25 which says "Anxiety weighs down the heart, but a kind word cheers it up"
"God’s word is faithful because after every warning comes a remedy. Like running around the park helps burn extra calories, surrounding yourself with kind words, good words, encouraging words helps shed the weight a little. So today let us be surrounded by encouraging words. Let us do the things that make us glad. "
