Strength Training

Is it possible that you are able to carry more than you think? In today’s episode, Lauren Alessi guides us through the idea of “strength training” for our faith, inspired by Ephesians 3:16. Together, we’ll explore how God may be increasing our inner capacity through life’s challenges—not only so we can carry more, but so we can steward blessings and responsibilities with grace and strength. Whether you’re wishing for lighter burdens or waiting for your prayers to be answered, we’ll learn how God equips us to handle more than we imagine.

Let’s gather as a community to pray for renewed strength, inviting God to grow us from the inside out through each devotion and each new day.
