Stretch Before Strength

Are your circumstances pushing you out of your comfort zone? In today’s episode, our host Lauren Alessi guides us through the idea of “stretching before strength.” Together, we’ll explore how God uses seasons of stretching—not just to prepare us for greater strength, but to grow our faith, expand our capacity, and ready us for new opportunities of influence and purpose. Drawing from 2 Corinthians 10:15, we’ll discover how spiritual and emotional stretching, while uncomfortable, is an essential part of becoming who we’re meant to be.

Join our community in prayer and devotion as we ask God for courage and grace to embrace growth, even when it feels challenging, and let’s strengthen our faith together.
