Black, White & The DM That Changed My Entire Life w/ Rachel Autumn

"Listen. Empathize. Act."

On May 28th, I received a DM that completely changed my life, called me into my voice, & asked me to do deeper work within myself & as a leader. Rachel Autumn, a beautiful soul who I am so grateful for, reached out & called me to use my platform & privilege as a white spiritual teacher to speak up about the systemic racism & oppression that the Black community has been facing for centuries and continues to face in 2020. 

I am so honored & humbled that Rachel took the time to speak with me, come forth & share her story, & help educate us with a compassionate voice. She reminds us all that this is a human problem — everything has to change & we all need to shift together. 

We talked about: 

• What inspired Rachel to reach out to me & how it was transformative for both of us
