My Journey From Darkness To Lightness Of Being ✨

With my 33rd birthday coming up this week, I’m feeling really reverent & filled with so many beautiful, unique emotions 💫 In this episode, I felt called to share more with you beauties about my own life journey & how, through a lot of painful experiences, growth, & healing, I made my way from a place of darkness (on multiple occasions!) to profound lightness of being!!!

In my ‘cosmic ramble’ I share: 

• How I moved through the grief of loss, addiction, & toxic relationships 
• The power of forgiveness & releasing resentment
• How I cultivated a powerful relationship with Universe & my higher expression of Self 
• How I learned to love myself through saying “NO” to jobs, people, & experiences that didn’t feel aligned 
• How I moved from a scarcity mindset around money to feeling abundant & prosperous
• My biggest lesson: Just keep going!!! Remember, life is happening for you, you are a spiritual being having a human experience & everything is perfect in its own unique way!!! + I love you.
