Dr. Tamie J. Jovanelly is an award-winning geologist, science writer, and international researcher based in Atlanta, Georgia. A Fellow of the Geological Society of America (GSA) and a two-time Fulbright Scholar, she holds a Ph.D. from Kent State University and has spent over two decades researching global water quality, climate change, and volcanism.
