When life gives you lemons, make lemonade-  This might sound cliché but in this conversation I had a opportunity to speak with Dr. Glenda- Aleman Moheeputh who believes in this philosophy and has constantly challenged the norms, broken barriers and paved her own path with pure determination. She is the owner of 2 speciality contact lens practices,  myopia management expert, currently serves as the president of the American Academy of Myopia Control and Orthokeratology (AAOMC) South Florida Chapter and also serves on the Chair Advisory Committee of the Broward College Opticianry program.
