Meet Sarah, my uber talented and lovely college friend who is a mother of 3. Her and her former wife's road to motherhood in 2009 was a delicate dance around assisted reproductive technology, the medical industry & societal norms at the time. Happily, it lead them to being the mothers of, now 11 year old amazing twins. Years later and now in her 40's, Sarah felt in her heart that there was yet one more child awaiting them, welcoming a 3rd child into the world.
