I couldn’t help but notice the stark leadership lessons that came from watching elite athletes striving to make their long-term vision a reality. These opportunities don’t come around often, so being on your game (on the day) is all-important. For these athletes and coaches, it’s a much less forgiving environment than most of us operate in.
