Moment #77 // We’re all driven, to a greater or lesser extent, by unconscious biases. These invisible forces hijack our cognitive processes, and impair our decision-making capacity.

The only way to break free from the bonds of unconscious bias is to develop an acute awareness of the ones that affect you… especially when the pressure is on!
