I’m your host, Stephan Bodian. I’m a psychotherapist and spiritual teacher, founder and director of the School for Awakening, and the author of several books, including Meditation for Dummies, Wake Up Now, and the forthcoming book Infinite Awakening.

Join me periodically for wide-ranging explorations of spiritual awakening and the nature of reality, incorporating the nondual wisdom of Advaita, Zen, Dzogchen, Shiva tantra, and beyond.
