Abby Gilmore became a single mum when her two girls Milla and Arlo were 6 weeks and one years old. She is now re-partnered and has a beautiful 4 year old boy called Mason.

Abby was a young mum and when her relationship broke down she was worried as she had no plan, no work and no idea what was next. In this episode we explore the heartbreak in those early days and how Abby went to work on herself to change her relationship and belief with herself, with her children, her girls dad and her new partner.
