What is a belief?

Stories contained within your ego (Vikalpa)

Your beliefs about yourself can move you towards or away from action....

Your beliefs can limit your actions

What is intention? (Sankalpa)

Goals vs Intention

How to create an intention...

What do you want to cultivate within your life?

How do you want to feel?

What beliefs are holding you back?

Why intention could you use to counter those beliefs?
