Jason Bailey is a film critic, author, and podcaster. His work has appeared in The Playlist, The New York Times, Vulture, Vice, Rolling Stone, and Slate, among others. He is the editor-in-chief of Crooked Marquee, the former film editor at Flavorwire, and the author of five books; the most recent is Fun City Cinema: New York City and the Movies That Made It. He lives in the Bronx with his wife and two daughters.
