In this episode Toby talks to Arthur Smilios, bass player for seminal hardcore bands Gorilla Biscuits, Token Entry, Underdog and CIV. Toby lived & worked with Arthur in 1988/89 & ended up touring with him when H2O began. They talk about everything from musical influences to veganism and everything in between, but most importantly being friends for 31 years. Time Flies!
