I have been quiet on the pod lately and you will hear why.  March has been a tough month, as many of you may have also experienced but know that you are often top of mind in this podcast and that your life experiences matter, organized or not.

I spoke about "trauma" in this episode and while what I went through may not appear on the level that the general population considers so, let us be careful not to compare one another's experiences but instead embrace and accept each other as we all go through hardships, little and big traumas, and difficulties in life.  Love you lots!
