Rik visited the show to promote his new book, "LAY IT ON THE LINE: A Backstage Pass to Rock Star Adventure, Conflict, and TRIUMPH". In this conversation, we his discussed his writing process, the other memoirs he read in preparation for writing his, and also a very funny story from one of his gigs. We also talk about two big topics in Triumph’s history – the impact MTV had on them as a band, and also their legendary performance on Heavy Metal Day at the 1983 US Festival.
