Produced in-house at Slakthuset in Gamlestaden, Gothenburg. One of my absolute favorite areas in the city. A Foodie renaissance is taking place and I feel they are absolutely leading the way by creative example.
Ps; They’re opening a new wine bar in Linné (Gothenburg) very very soon on top of the existing one by Saluhallen. I’m very much looking forward to visiting it ⭐️
