18: Frustrated by Your Teen's Choices? Here's a Different Way to See Them as an LDS Mom

Do you ever feel frustrated that your teenager won't make the choices you wish they would?

As an LDS mom, it's natural to want to protect your teen from pain, help them make wise decisions, and see them choose the path you know will bring lasting happiness. But when they don't, it's easy to feel frustrated, worried, or even resentful.

In this episode, I share a deeply personal letter I wrote to my oldest son and the simple shift that transformed the way I viewed his agency. It changed not only our relationship, but also the peace I was able to feel as his mom.
