Teen Stories: Accepting Help

It can be difficult to admit when you need help — at any age. As we hear in this episode, lots of teens at Heartlight struggle at first with accepting the support and tools that the program offers. Today, Mark chats with two young ladies who've walked through trauma and struggles with their mental health, but are learning the importance of self-care and seeking support. Meredith recounts her difficult journey through depression, substance use and coping with the loss of a parent.
