Born in Italy in 1990, Alessio Collina began experimenting with DJing at an early age before moving into music production alongside his brother Matteo (MCJ). A breakthrough moment came with “The Strange Saxophone” on Fish Records, which reached the Beatport Minimal Top 20 and helped establish Alessio’s reputation for groove-focused, melodic underground production. As his sound evolved, he expanded into deeper house and dub-influenced territory while co-founding Trend Records, a label supporting underground house and minimal artists.

Subsequent releases such as “Piano 80’” and the “Rhythm” EP further reinforced his presence within the international underground electronic music community, earning support from DJs associated with the global house and techno scene.
