Why Photography Gear Is Important - But Not That Important? Hi and welcome to Episode 99 of the Photography Explained podcast.

Photography gear is of course important, as you need it to take photos. What is more important though is how you use the gear and what you point it at. Composition and great image capture are more important than the gear that you use.

You can take great photos with a rubbish camera, and you can take rubbish photos with a great camera.
