A comedy script about the early days of pro football followed Steven Soderbergh like a shadow for over a decade until George Clooney finally directed it himself, hot off the critical success of GOOD NIGHT, AND GOOD LUCK. It was also an important early major film role for TV star and CIA asset John Krasinski. But was it worth the wait?
