Jordan Crucchiola returns to the show to talk about the first of two Johnny Depp movies this month, (Of THREE total in 1999, wow this guy has been busy!) THE NINTH GATE.

We talk about the colorful gradient of Depp performances over the years, from his most whacky jaunts, to this wet towel, and try to figure out where he works the best. We also discuss the unclear tone of this film, and how that speaks to the larger issue in modern day Hollywood, of films not fully committing to what they're trying to achieve.
