In this third episode in a short series on the challenges and opportunities for offshore wind power in North America, we got together with Adrienne Downey, Principal Engineer, Offshore Wind with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), and Cathy Livingston, Senior Account Manager with Hitachi ABB Power Grids.
