199: The difference between an entrepreneur mindset & an employee mindset
One of the biggest mindset shifts I had to make when I started a business on the side while still working a full time job was to start thinking more like an entrepreneur instead of an employee. There is nothing wrong with being an employee, but if you're committed to growing your business it's crucial that you develop the right mindset to support that goal. Today I'm breaking down the three biggest ways that I shifted my own mindset from employee to entrepreneur, that allowed me to create in one MONTH what I used to earn in an entire YEAR.
