The Game Awards Celebrates Another Great Year Of Gaming

One of gaming's biggest events for the year, The Game Awards, aired on Friday and brought with it a ton of new announcements, trailers and – of course – awards celebrating the industry's biggest achievements and best titles in 2021. Alan Wake II got a surprise reveal at the show, with creator Sam Lake taking the stage to announce that the sequel would be a new take on the survival horror genre. The game is slated for a 2023 release for PS5, Xbox Series X and PC.
