On this program we find an antidote for tension, stress and worry, things that tend to burden the mind. It's time to take a break and remove yourself away from those distractions and avoid stressful people and situations. For the next hour have some recreation and gain refreshment for the mind and body. Take a few minutes and simply lose yourself in the music and enjoy.
