Malingering and Factitious Disorder: An Approach to Clinical Deception with Dr. Nicholas Kontos

Dr. Kontos introduces the concept of “thinking dirty”, the disciplined consideration of complex motives such as safety, shelter, or secondary gain, while preserving therapeutic respect.
