Leonardo Vieira and Marcia Trajano begin a conversation about business and the business world and how to bring spirituality into this context. For the most part, business thinking is linear, direct, calculating, devoid of feelings of love, mercy, compassion. While this is clear, they touch upon certain parallels between spiritual and business thinking. What they find is that there are teachings we can learn about ourselves as spiritual beings when these very different perspectives collide.
