Sometimes we all just need a good swearapy session to come back to our peaceful center. If you are ok with swearing and could use a good release of tension and frustration - then this is for you!
There are many ways you can release this kind of tight-sticky-angry energy. Some of my favourites are going into the forest and yelling or roaring, exercise, ecstatic dance - and of course, swearapy.
This practice works best if you're not particularly offended by swearing, but also donât use swear words often day to day. Itâs all about releasing perfectionism, propriety, and giving yourself permission to be a little bit baaaad. đ
