Radio Sweden Weekly: After decades of cutting debt, Sweden will now borrow money to pay for defence

After decades of cutting the national debt, Sweden will now be borrowing money to increase investment in the armed forces. But how much is 300 billion kronor and is it because of what is happening in the White House?
