Two hundred episodes doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when you keep showing up, especially after grief, fear, and the moments where you wonder if you can even speak with confidence again. I’m Tracy Seawright, and this anniversary reflection pulls back the curtain on why Ready Set Reiki exists, how it grew, and what I’ve learned from building a Reiki and energy healing podcast rooted in service rather than sales.

I share the surprising push that started it all, including a “pay-to-play” media pitch that didn’t sit right, and why I chose to create a free platform where Reiki practitioners can share their stories at no cost.
