Permaculture is the idea that we can set up the living systems around us to grow our own food automatically.  It's not a new thing, these ideas are tried and true and the models exist so you can literally begin creating a food forest in your own yard.  Unbelievably simple and effective, and this interview is incredibly inspiring.  Jim is an amazing person with a HUGE heart.
